Already at the age of 23 Tom cooked his first "Haube", awarded by Gault Millau.
He discovered his passion for cooking at an early age. As a man of pleasure, he has always attached great importance to dishes prepared to the highest standards.
"For me, food is not just pure food intake, but rather the enjoyment of life.
This is one of the reasons why my approach to food is characterised by respect. I am inspired above all by music - when I work in the kitchen, not a day goes by without music.
The nice thing about cooking is that, in addition to the organisational tasks, I can develop my creativity and enjoy experimenting.
